Title: qt5-webengine-5.15.18-6 is lacking libQt5WebEngineWidgets.so.5

With the latest update qt5-webengine doesn't contain libQt5WebEngineWidgets.so.5 anymore. Kmymoney, and maybe others,  stopped working.

The package got significantly smaller, maybe other libs are missing as well.

The previous version depends on "libicuuc.so.75". So rolling back is not an option.

The qt5-webengine build log indeed shows that somehow a near empty package was produced.
A new build is running now.
