The partitioning and filesystem setup went well, nothing wrong there. However, grub-install does not appear to be working.
/boot/efi seems to be completely empty.
A manual run of grub-install yields the following results:
Installing for x86_64-efi platform.
grub-install: error: failed to get canonical path of `/boot/efi'.
I have tried wiping my disk gpt table several times to no avail. If there is any other information that I could provide, I sadly can't think of any off the top of my head. Let me know what might help.
Here is the provided error pastebin from Calamares, in the order of when they were generated.
