Title: Email notifications: Not working, working, not working again.

Ahoj,

Currently, most of the time, I do not get emails of topics I am subscribed to (although it has worked previously).

Recently, It worked again for a few weeks, and then stopped again.

I did not change anything in my forum settings revcently.

What is the issue here?

More detailed time course:

* Last Email I got from the Forum, before it stopped, was 2024-07-24.
* Then I did not get notifications, although there were replies in topics I watched/ were subscribed to.
* Then, on 2025-02-21, I started to receive emails again.
* Then, the last one I received was on 2025-03-20, and although there later also were replies for topics I followed, I again did not receive emails anymore.

Can maybe the admins investigate?

I received the notification on April 16th at 2:09 PM

I now got a bunch of emails at once, also dating back some days.

Oh, you know, we moved the MX server to a faster VPS provider and some things broke down.
