Title: Skip from arch to artix
Post by: Zar Marco on 09 January 2019, 17:12:14
Hi guys, I want to skip from my arch to artix with runit. Can I use the guide for migration on your site? I will modify only openrc package with runit package

The migration wiki should still work. The only differences will only be in packages, Networking (netifrc will NOT work with runit), LVM, and /etc/rc.conf (runit does it in /etc/rc/rc.conf, but in runit systems /etc/conf.d/keymaps and /etc/conf.d/consolefont goes into /etc/vconsole.conf with a format somewhat like this (https://www.freedesktop.org/software/systemd/man/vconsole.conf.html) to ease the migration from Arch.
