I found a couple of issues on install of lxqt-runit iso
1) the folder /etc/runit/runsvdir/default contains a link current and a folder supervise which are obviously not right and lead to red lines in rsm output. Both can be removed.
2) there is an enabled logind service; it fails to start because it's using elogind under the hood and elogind appears to be started by something else which leads the service to fail. A log message indicates that elogind is already running.
I disabled the logind service without any problems.
I suppose both of these can be fixed in the iso build script.
Pretty obscure findings with equally complicated solutions. Thanks for reporting.
I tried the lxqt runit iso again in a new vm and this time although I saw the problems with /etc/runit/runsvdir/{current,supervise} I did not see the logind runit service problem.
I think the issue with logind (elogind) is that there is a race when dbus finishes as there is a service file
./system-services/org.freedesktop.login1.service
which attempts to start /usr/lib/elogind/elogind --daemon.
I see that logind/run waits for dbus and then runs /usr/lib/elogind/elogind.
So if the dbus service startup happens quickly it will start elogind before the run exec elogind and that will fail causing the logind service to retry over and over. If the dbus startup is slow its attempt to run the elogind --daemon will fail once and vanish.

@lq Nice monitor, which one is it?
qps (https://gitea.artixlinux.org/packages/qps)
No, I meant the 1600x1200 one 8)
I posted a 1920x1200 (https://geizhals.eu/?cat=monlcd19wide&xf=14591_19201200) image, not a 1600x1200 (https://geizhals.eu/?cat=monlcd19wide&xf=14591_16001200) image. :o
That one, ignore the typo and share the monitor info already!
