How does it work? (Just the general idea will do.)
Context:
I've been trying to see if ECH really works so I was going in random sites (basically just checking SNIs via wireshark) and it seems that so far it's only Artix's is one that's masked.
Others are seen but with Artix it's only cloudflare-ech.com
Been using Dnscrypt but have read that it doesn't really hide websites (because of leaks like SNI) and that ECH (through DoH) solves that problem without the need to use tor/vpn.
