Title: Add sgdisk back into base

I swear, I'll have no distro left pretty soon. How is it that sgdisk was removed in the latest base ISO? Why remove it? Also seemingly your PGP keys aren't applying to buildbot packages and result in "corrupted errors" when you first run pacman.

What's going on over there?
