Installation Guide Timezone Omission

Easy fix.

The installation guide doesn't include timezone settings. Simple human omission, 15 second fix.

From the Arch wiki:

Time zone

Set the time zone:

# ln -sf /usr/share/zoneinfo/Region/City /etc/localtime

Run hwclock to generate /etc/adjtime:

# hwclock --systohc

This command assumes the hardware clock is set to UTC. See System time#Time standard for details.
