Cant Install Plasma/KDE after uninstall

Hello everyone, trying to get Artix with Runit up for the first time and even though i made it all the way to booting into plasma with sddm, my settings didnt include a way for me to change my monitor layout/refresh rate. I tried to uninstall/reinstall plasma/kde and now its saying "Errors occurred, no packages were upgraded." When i type pacman -Qe, both plasma/kde-applications arent listed, and when i try to uninstall them, they arent found. Is there something im missing out of the uninstall? I have sddm, sddm-runit, and xorg installed and showing up so im not sure what exactly im missing or if theres a command to force an override to install plasma/kde.

Ive tried to search around and the "Errors occurred, no packages were upgraded" doesnt seem to come up anywhere else, so if someone can help it would be greatly appreciated so i can continue learning and enjoying Artix!
