[SOLVED] Install artix Plasma version on a TUXEDO Book XUX7 - Gen11

Hi,
I bought a new notebook, a little monster, with the i9 10900K and Nvidia 2080. On board there is the Tuxedo Ubuntu version and I want to replace it with Artix Plasma version; I use it from a long time and I'm more than happy.

Now, the problem is that the install procedure don't recognize the graphic card and stopped. I tried with other OS, like MX KDE version, Ubuntu, Manjaro and all is right, but I'd like to continue to work with Artix.

Anybody can help me to solve this problem? A great thank you in advance :-)

@Alium, I'd like to post some logs, but there are no logs that I can post. The problem is with the ISO and booting from the USB.

What happen is:
* appear the screen where to set keyboard and language
* the only thing that I do is to set italian keyboard
* go ahead and the screen become immediately unreadable, the computer do something for a while and after stop.

The kernel is the kernel of the ISO.
CPU: i9-10900K 10-Core model
GPU NVidia GeForce RTX 2070

With driver NVIDIA 450.66, used from the Ubuntu installed from Tuxedo, the system work correctly, I cannot verify which is the driver used from the ISO

I'm using the ISO artix-plasma-openrc-20200210-x86_64.iso

Later I'll try with a standard LXQT ISO, but I'd like to install directly the Plasma version.

Noticed that you used a very old ISO file. Wanna try again from the weekly builds?

@calvinh

Done with the last week ISO and ok, installed. The boot screen reported 2 errors with acpi, not present in other version, I'll investigate and I'll report.
