PCMANFM Operation not supported to mount remote server

I'm using dwm and .xinitrc. The dbus lines have been added to .xinitrc. When I tried to mount a remote server using pcmanfm, it says operation not supported. I have gvfs installed.

Following the guide on arch wiki https://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/PCManFM#Operation_not_supported , it indicates that there could be a problem with polkit.

I have installed polkit-kde-authentication-agent and autostart in .xinitrc. I have also tried both launching pcmanfm as an user instance, or autostart as daemon. However, the problem persists.

I also had issue dealing with fcitx5 previously regarding dbus, and had to switch to ibus.

This is my first setup without a display manager. I hope to learn how to setup the underlying stuffs properly rather than installing display manager to solve the problem. Could someone please guide me through?
