Re: How do i grow a / part i have a /home part after it so it does not let me Reply #3 – 25 February 2021, 16:58:13 the siplest way to me seems to be to use GParted live and play with partitions as you wish. Before doing anything I am WARNING you to backup all your files because you may lose them during the process.
Move Pacman to /home/pacman and make symblinks so pacman does not comply space Reply #4 – 26 February 2021, 06:14:11 Quote from: SGOrava – on 25 February 2021, 16:58:13the siplest way to me seems to be to use GParted live and play with partitions as you wish. Before doing anything I am WARNING you to backup all your files because you may lose them during the process. Thanks, but in gparted dosent seem to let me do it: https://0x0.st/-KbR.pngOr some way to move pacman to /home/pacman and have symblinks Last Edit: 26 February 2021, 06:35:28 by julianmarcos

Re: How do i grow a / part i have a /home part after it so it does not let me Reply #6 – 26 February 2021, 09:02:02 Have you used LIVE medium? USB with GParted ? in that case it should work (depends on filesystem).Regarding space, clear your pacman cache /var/cache/pacman (is it?) and maybe find a way how to place this case to other location.
