[SOLVED] Always on top feature (point & click)

Hello recently i had an idea to have a button ("same" as x  for closing or _  for minimise) for placing a window always on top. I heard kde had once this feature but today i don't know for sure. Would be nice if we can have such a feature on Artix if it's possible. I don't know how to do this so  i'll only resume to point it out if anyone else want such thing. It's good if we can have a window like mpv player that we want to be alway on top (point and click). This feature i think has a future cos firefox recently introduced this as picture in picture somehow simmilar.

I would say that you again are, but that depends. Usually it should be rather the job of the window manager / desktop environment.

Found a reasonable solution. For xfce from window manager settings advanced we can select the action for double click and we can choose "always on top" but has to be a rather fast double click

This feature is not related to Artix as a distro. It's a window manager feature. So, you are to find and configure a WM which supports such a feature. For example, you can configure this option in Openbox. What about kwin or similar WMs, I don't know.
