[ANNOUNCEMENT] runit now provides eudev-runit

Good day, people.

When updating your system, you may notice that eudev-runit would need to be removed (and it will be replaced by runit).

Just a heads up: this is intentional, since runit now provides the udevd service, so no need for any concerns since /etc/runit/sv/udevd should still exist.
