[SOLVED] texlive-bin needs to be rebuilt against icu 69

Hi,
texlive-bin throw the following message:

I think it should be built against icu 69.1

It has been rebuilt, unfortunately you got this since Arch hasn't move newer texlive-bin to stable after it was built against new Icu pkg. You will receive the update when the mirrors sync. Thanks for reporting.
