Basestrap failing to install package

Running a fresh install on AMD hardware, booting from USB. Upon inputting "basestrap /mnt base base-devel openrc elogind-openrc" I can sync the 'system' and 'world' packages but the 'galaxy' package syncing loading bar continuously restarts until I get the error in the photo.

Is this a server error?

And I did already input "pacman -Sy" and "pacman -Syy" but it hasn't changed much.

Can you give us the output of: df -h
