[SOLVED] Fresh Install, No yay, No AUR, Can't Install Packages

Hi, it's been some time.
After the discussion about AUR, pamac.... and unofficial repos, I just thought to just make a fresh install that was never "tarnished" by the previously mentioned "bad guys"  as I got convinced by what developers mentioned it can cause trouble.

So, I found myself stuck and can't install:
- chromium browser (whether ungoogled or just chromium)
- Zim (for wiki notes)

I couldn't even instal "pamac"
Code: [Select]
lenovo:[limo]:~$ sudo pacman -Syu

 world is up to date
 galaxy-gremlins is up to date
 galaxy is up to date
:: Starting full system upgrade...
 there is nothing to do
lenovo:[limo]:~$ sudo pacman -Syu chrome
:: Synchronizing package databases...
 system is up to date
 world is up to date
 galaxy-gremlins is up to date
 galaxy is up to date
error: target not found: chrome
lenovo:[limo]:~$ sudo pacman -Syu chrome-browser
:: Synchronizing package databases...
 system is up to date
 world is up to date
 galaxy-gremlins is up to date
 galaxy is up to date
error: target not found: chrome-browser
lenovo:[limo]:~$ sudo pacman -Syu zim
:: Synchronizing package databases...
 system is up to date
 world is up to date
 galaxy-gremlins is up to date
 galaxy is up to date
error: target not found: zim
lenovo:[limo]:~$ sudo pacman -Syu zim-git
:: Synchronizing package databases...
 system is up to date
 world is up to date
 galaxy-gremlins is up to date
 galaxy is up to date
error: target not found: zim-git
lenovo:[limo]:~$ sudo pacman -Syu pamac
:: Synchronizing package databases...
 system is up to date
 world is up to date
 galaxy-gremlins is up to date
 galaxy is up to date
error: target not found: pamac
lenovo:[limo]:~$

Now, what can I do to have those (and maybe others later) installed?
Should I  install from source? How?

Any help highly appreciated.
Thank you.

As said, package zim is in an Arch repository "community", so instead of
Code: [Select]
sudo pacman -S zim-git      # <-- another package entirely
you should instead try
Code: [Select]
sudo pacman -S zim

Before that, edit your /etc/pacman.conf according to the given instructions and run the clearly stated "pacman-key" command.

I would additionally comment out the "testing" and "community-testing" repositories, as they contain packages which are not for production use.
