Where-Oh-Where ZASF dssi plugins for use by Rosegarden?

Although touched upon in the "pacman repos for some other programs" thread, I'm posting this new seeing that my problem has become quite specific, sorry for any confusion.

All repos including "community" are up to date:

I have rosegarden 21.12-1, zynaddsubfx-3.0.5-2-x86_64, and dssi-1.1.1-11 packages installed, these also come from the "community" repo.  But I gotta have the ZynAddSubFX dssi plugins and these are not included in the above packages, the ones included seem to be limited to:

- Less Trivial Synth
- Simple Karplus
- Simple Mono
- Simple Stereo
- Trivial Synth

Yoshimi is a fork of but not ZynAddSubFX.  The ZynAddSubFX dssi plugins would show in Rosegarden as the ZASF synth. There was a time when the standalone ZynAddSubFX had to be installed and used in Rosegarden before the dssi became available, so I have many RG files some using the Zyn dssi and some using the standalone Zyn synth.

Where is the ZASF dssi?

Thanks in advance

Addendum 2022-03-24-10:07-EDT:
============================

Had the same problem on my Slackware system where none of the music packages installed from the SBO (x-distro) repo produced the required ZASF synth internal in the Rosegarden midi editor.  That problem FINALLY got solved by upgrading the ZynAddSubFX package from the Alien-Bob repo (a leading Slackware 'community' dev).  As soon as that got done the DSSI appeared in Rosegarden although instead of being labeled ZASF it sports the much more explicit name of Zynaddsubfx).

I don't understand exactly how and which package 'bundles' this Zyn dssi?

Now the problem with my Artix insyallation is that there's no point in trying to install an Alien-Bob package, AND taking his source code apart to modify the Artix one is so far over my head that it's PITCH BLACK down here!

This is one of two remaining issues with my Artix _music_ packages (the other one might resolve with this one, if it don't I'll be back with that in another post after solving this).

TIA

==================

Problem still there, I need the zyn dssi plugin for Rosegarden.
I have 7 distros installed in order to garantee my guitar/midi work  sessions.
Of the 7 Artix is one of 2 that has this problem.
There MUST be a Zyn dssi 'somewhere'?

Reply #2

Code: [Select]
# yay dssi
 -> database already registered

dssi-1.1.1-11 was/is already installed

if I remember correctly at one point it came as a part of the zynaddsubfx standalone

zynaddsubfx-3.0.6-2 is also installed

but there's no sign of the ZASF synth in Rosegarden
