s6: Deprecation of s6-rc-bundle-update

As of s6-base 2.2-2 and s6-scripts 20220124-1, the Artix-specific s6-rc-bundle-update tool is officially deprecated.

Upstream discourages the use of s6-rc-bundle, and the newest s6-rc version introduces features that make managing bundles easier.
Instead of using s6-rc-bundle-update, users should touch empty files named after the desired services in the appropriate contents.d directory.
