pastebin service, more harm than good?

I believe that the devs are not aware of what is happening in the pastebin that this project hosts. So I'm bringing attention to this topic, so the users/devs can be aware and demand/take some course of action on this matter, and if there's any "impossibility" (be time or whatever) to moderate it, at least everyone will be aware, so they can share their opinion on the matter (more harm than good?).

Wow I never even knew we had a pastebin service.

Had a look. There's a lot of spam. Other than that is there a bigger issue I'm missing ? I did not look at loads of them.

Most of the spam should be removed at this point.

The thing is, it is impossible to add too strict filtering on the text since the package names contains a lot of these "forbidden" words.

No more excuses, nobody was moderating/monitoring it for a while.

Pastebin services can't possibly filter out everything that's posted on them nor can anyone in a sound state of mind put the blame on Artix for not actively monitoring a service we setup for our community. Reports on bad posts will be acted upon immediately, but we won't shut down our pastebin just because some bots or mentally ill people abuse it.

That being said, we absolutely condemn the abuse of our and any other free service, especially by pedophiles, who I personally believe should die slow, excruciatingly painful and agonizing deaths, live-streamed for the world to see.
