[OpenRC / Hotspot] How to enable hotspot without connman / NetworkManager?

Heyo,

As the title says, how to do it?
My network card is TP Link WN881ND.

Linux kernel 6.0.7-artix1-1.

Or nvm, there create_ap AUR repository which works really nice.
