all xfce4 apps take extreamly long to launch including the xfce it self

Whenever I turn my pc on, it takes at least 2 minutes for the entirety of XFCE to load. My installation was working fine for a whole year, but after I updated using pacman, all the XFCE apps started to hang on launch and give this warning when launching them in terminal:

Code: [Select]
(xfce4-session-settings:8532): dbind-WARNING **: 18:17:14.391: AT-SPI: Error retrieving accessibility bus address: org.freedesktop.DBus.Error.NoReply: Did not receive a reply. Possible causes include: the remote application did not send a reply, the message bus security policy blocked the reply, the reply timeout expired, or the network connection was broken.

All the other apps work fine and launch instantly, only XFCE apps are affected (xfce4-panel, xfce4-session, etc.).

Edit: Forgot to mention that other apps launch instantly when I use terminal to launch them when I use whiskermenu some also take a long time to launch

Same thing as this thread, so I'll go ahead and lock this one (less descriptive title).
