[SOLVED] Intel is very slow?

I have tried modesetting driver, but no difference and xf86-video-intel is recommended for my iGPU Intel HD Graphics 3000 sandy bridges gen6. All the drivers make Firefox way longer to load, even simple xfce4-terminal take around 5 seconds to load, not only that but rendering in firefox is also way slower (example: rendering hanging, cursor recognizing a button that is not there)

I use artix openrc, Is there any rc services I need to add?

You need to try, for example, the lts version.

Re: Intel is very slow?

Tried it, Same effect as zen kernel. I'll try the default kernel.

Re: Intel is very slow?

Default kernel has same effect, doubt it is a kernel issue but rather a driver. I think there is some driver missing. Maybe an openrc service I didn't enable?

I came with great news, It was not intel, or kernel at all. It was mesa and other packages. I had to install every packages related to rendering(libva & mesa) and then it works well. And I have switched to wayland for a smoother experience.
