R is broken after icu upgrade

R crashes every time I try to start it with the following message:
Code: [Select]
/usr/lib64/R/bin/exec/R: error while loading shared libraries: libicuuc.so.73: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory
After running the following:
Code: [Select]
ldd /usr/lib64/R/lib/libR.so
I get:
Code: [Select]
	linux-vdso.so.1 (0x00006affa6beb000)

So it seems that R depends on icu 73 when the version available in the repositories is in fact 74.2.
