Arch nvidia package vs Artix nvidia package

The Artix collection of nvidia packages seems to have a bug where wlroots compositors will completely freeze the system on suspend, meaning a hard shutdown by holding down the power button is required if your computer goes into hibernate mode while you are using a wlroots compositorr.

The Arch collection of nvidia packages in multilib and extra do not seem to have this problem.Would it make sense for Artix to begin including Arch's nvidia packages rather than packaging the driver themselves?

No because the nvidia drivers need to match the actual kernel. What's probably better is to identify what the actual difference is because the PKGBUILDs look pretty similar to me.
