KDE6 - no menu open as root

Welcome! I know that in kde6 the location for *.desktop files has been changed to user/.local/share/kio/servicemenus/ When I create the appropriate entry and try to select this option, I get a message about no access. I have most likely forgotten something, however, I cannot recall it. Can anyone help me?

How about you share your 'appropriate entry'. As in post your service menu .desktop file.
