Wifi keep dropping every 10 minutes, reconnect seems to solve the problem

as the title said, my wifi keeps dropping every 10 minutes, and has to reconnect. Usually it's kind of fine, but videocalling is next to impossible.

Network controller: Realtek Semiconductor Co., Ltd. RTL8852AE 802.11ax PCIe Wireless Network Adapter. HP Envy laptop.
Here's a snippet of dmesg output:

Note: previously, dmesg is full of "[145299.229589] wlan0: deauthenticated from 4a:bd:ce:1b:99:e9 while associating (Reason: 2=PREV_AUTH_NOT_VALID)" before I did `nmcli connection modify connection-name connection.autoconnect-priority 10`

update: changed autoconnect-priority to 50 and now i see regular occurrence of  `[147216.313362] rtw89_8852ae 0000:01:00.0: timed out to flush queues`

could it be some power saving option puts the wlan device to sleep? a round nr like 10 mins sounds suspicious
