openrc-settingsd was updated to 1.5.0 upstream 5 months ago, but...

it seems that not being ran through gitlab's CI and having actual "release" on the page, it seems that people forgot about it.
However on tag's there's clearly version 1.5.0, while in Artix repos it is still 1.4.0-2. I thought I'd write here about it.

Package has been updated in testing/gremlins; pls report your findings.
