It only works in vesa mode, with 650x650 resolution.

Except for drivers. But i don't complain. Slowly but surely.

In my subjective opinion, they're doing nothing. Instead of porting video drivers, they ported firefox....maybe, in about 20 years, they'll be doing nvidia mesa and Nouveau drivers...
Re: Haiku aka modern BeOS (edited, prev: BeOS on Linux) Reply #20 – 09 December 2024, 15:00:52 Well, considering the codebase of modern mozilla that even ours truly (linux) distro has had problems with, let alone for something that isn't even bsd. The chromium/qtwebkit stuff was already there for years if you're wondering. And i don't think nvidia is any small project's priority, Nouveau is nice cause it's blobless truly OSS driver that amd doesn't have, okay, but amd+mostly intel are easiest to get going. Not that i ever read display driver code but i assume that.

I see no logic in this port. Moreover, if chromium/qtwebkit is already in the software repositories, all this work seems to me like equating masturbation with real sex (forgive me for the crude comparison).
