Maybe an installer issue? GB v UK keymap

I get an "error loading keymaps" on a fresh install. I selected UK from the installer and I think UK is the correct designation and not what is currently in my /etc/conf.d/keymaps ?

/usr/share/kbd/keymaps/i386/qwerty/uk.map.gz

Is this a bug or something I did wrong in the installer?

It's a bug. I've reported it before but another report won't hurt.
Just change it to keymap="uk" .
