Pipewire Volume Control - pwvucontrol - added to galaxy repo

The Pipewire Volume Control package 'pwvucontrol' has been added to the Artix galaxy repository.

It provides an applet for volume control and other functions for Pipewire audio, similar to what pavucontrol does for Pulseaudio.
