Need to recompile python-h5py package using current cython

Hi,
While trying to use TensorFlow/Keras, I had the error:
AttributeError: type object 'h5py.h5r.Reference' has no attribute '__reduce_cython__'

which I solved by installing cython (pacman -S cython)
and recompiling python-h5py (asp checkout python-h5py ... makepkg -s ... makepkg -i).

I suggest that the python-h5py package in Artix' repo be updated similarly.
