Thunar 1.8.x has incompatible API with xfdesktop 4.12.x

I cannot create more files using the context-menu using right-click of mouse.

The solution for me it was downgrade thunar to 1.6.x until xfdesktop 4.13.x be released to upstream Artix repositories.

Hello,
I am not sure what kind of problem you have but package extra/xfdesktop is in version 4.13.3.
So based on your description it should work.

Are you sure it is real problem on Artix/Arch ?

Indeed, I'm using 4.13.3 and it still didn't work.  But anyway, going back to Thunar 1.6.x fixed. My main problem it's creating new files by using: open thunar, right clouse mouse, Create document > (empty menu here)

However doing the same instead of thunar window but on xfdesktop window, where the desktop files are, it works. I'm just reporting a problem here, actually I'm not have sure if it's a problem related with artix, but I have two artix systems and I have problem in both. And reverting to thunar 1.6.x fixed in both too.
