USB devices not recognized until reboot

Hi,
My USB and microSD drive aren't recognized by lsblk until I reboot. They are only recognized if they were plugged in during boot. Can anyone tell me why I have this problem?

any logs, or some? or as ussualy must we use our crystal ball?
