No sound - only dummy audio listed in pavucontrol

Hello, I am new to artix and I'm having an issue with sound. My motherboard has a realtek sound card but it's not listed at all with lspci.  I thought realtek drivers were in the kernel by now? In fact even the plasma live cd had working audio so I must be missing something. Could I be missing an s6 package?

Regardless of drivers, lspci should at least show the card PCI ID. All drivers, except some proprietary crap, are included in the kernel package so you must have missed something in the installation - especially since you state that the live Plasma ISO works. You must provide more information.
