ufw not outputting anything but what you'd expect from status

No parameter works. rc-update returns service started and you get your rules as output if you call anything ufw even ufw disable will still output your rules. But that's it. I enabled it via rc-update, what was strange sshd was forwarded but deluge daemon was not. Maybe deluge daemon is the issue beyond the ufw not being configurable via cli but have you got some advice on how to proceed if I want to solve a problem such as this? My next step was just leave it and go get iptables since it shouldn't be that hard. That or backup my rules and try with fresh ufw configs but I wish my problem was not related to the thing I didn't try yet.

I'm sure it's not just this but it has been frustrating let me tell you. :)
Still I can't complain it's what I signed up for.
But  a little I do hereby for sympathy.
