Add OpenRC Support to Plymouth

I wrote some service files so that plymouth can work with Openrc init.
With plymouth-git and my service files, the plymouth is working nicely.
I just want to share them and am not going to tell the steps for the setup and configuration, so you may have to figure it out by your own.
