No internet connection while rc-status show connmand is started

Cannot have internet connection while rc-status show connmand and netmount are started normally
What or where is the mistaken configuration ?
Please help out, thanks in advance

Wired, wireless? Using a DE or console? If DE, connman-gtk in statusbar can control connections. More info, please.
