I can not believe it! I could swear that I have already installed the package!
Now I am facing another problem...I have a DNS leak...What should I do next?

Set your /etc/resolv.conf manually and make sure the DHCP daemon or any other daemon process doesn't change it.

could you explain to me how to set resolv.conf manually in artix (runit)?
Also I noticed that in TTY1 I am always taking the message "Options error: In [CMD-LINE]:1: Error opening configuration file: /etc/openvpn/openvpn.conf ...
NetworkManager creates the resolv.conf

I set " dns=none " to /etc/NetworkManager/NetworkManager.conf  .
i made a file /etc/resolvmanual.conf putting nameserver (DNS of VPN company and 192....)
and finally I removed /etc/resolv.conf and made a link to resolvmanual -> ln -s /etc/resolvmanual.conf /etc/resolv.conf
still I cannot understand the error with OpenVPN in TTY1...
for the time I have no dnsleakage
