Bluetooth not working

It worked before, but after fresh install of artix it broke.

bluetooth daemon does not start - it can not detect device.

dmesg is  attached.

Linux-lts (5.15.64).
Current linux (5.19.8) has same effect.

If I boot the machine with Ubuntu-22.04-Desktop Live USB, bluetooth is working just fine. Ubuntu uses 5.15.0 kernel.
dmesg from ubuntu is also attached.

Any ideas? iwlwifi and ibt firmware are identical (artix, ubuntu)
