New GPU not running properly, slower than older one

I've bought an NVIDIA GTX 1660Ti GPU Today, and for some reason, it's not running properly as it should
From slow performance, to stutters, the performance really isn't what it should be, even on lighter games like Team Fortress 2 or CS:GO, it still runs slower than my GT 1030 in some cases

I've attempted to reinstall the NVIDIA drivers, but it's still the same, does it have to do with the fact that I switched GPUs and so the old drivers/properties of my old GPU are still on my system?

How can I fix this?
