Python 3.10.9 but 3.10.10 is in the archive

Hello!

I have python 3.10.9 installed but I see that 3.10.10 is available in the archive. The date of the package is 06-Mar-2023.

Why doesn't it get updated?

Just curious. Sorry if it's a noob question.
