Arch Linux is to synchronize a certain packages data of repo server

How to have Arch linux to synchronize a certain packages data of repo server put as [{repo_title_name}] in pacman.conf ?

did try

so on, keep downloading each as usual

How to do it?

You can't refresh single repos in Arch. Neither in Artix.
