Acquired or download some from Ubuntu repo

How do we download some from Ubuntu repo, as on Ubuntu e.g:   


    sudo add-apt-repository ppa:mkusb/ppa

or

    sudo add-apt-repository universe

if effortless is only the first one it's fine, it's more prioritized.. thanks before

Nobody has packaged Ubuntu's mkusb for Arch/Artix. I'd recommend reading up on dd. Alternatively, sometimes Etcher works.
