error: Failed to retrieve file 'omniverse.db' from eu-mirror.artixlinux.org:

Hello,

It's been a few days since I got the following error after running
Code: [Select]
sudo pacman -Syu
and even
Code: [Select]
sudo pacman -Syyu
:

Code: [Select]
error: Failed to retrieve file 'omniverse.db' from eu-mirror.artixlinux.org: Failed to connect to eu-mirror.artixlinux.org port 443 after 58 ms: Couldn't connect to server

I have just updated my system successfully, no help to you I know, but I did not have an error with the Omniverse repo.  :)

Ok, thank you for this information.

I temporarily disabled eu-mirror.artixlinux.org and no longer get this error message.

Confirmed the error, from Italy, I suspect that user location could matter, in pair with eu-mirror.artixlinux.org location.

Interestingly, tonight when updating another machine, I had several errors with omniverse, world and galaxy. Besides the errors, the response time from the mirrors was very slow.

I imagine that it will be looked into by the devs.

This was caused by a glitch in our hosting provider infrastructure, it lasted a little longer than expected.

Thanks for the explanation, I was experiencing intermittent problems with connection, all seems good now.
