Get gambas3-gb-qt4 on this environment

How do we get gambas3-gb-qt4 on this OS environment as no repo found provide it, only gambas3-gb-qt5 ready
A rather old app requires it please help or consider

Clearly seems Ubuntu outplay popularity over a rolling base OS as it easily maintains better such a bit olde apps keep smoothly installed and working

Please sincere help

solved by getting in launchpad home site and doing searchs
on obtaining deb package, just untar it, the data, move it to / after satisfying depens.
