Where to notify for packages with out of date dependencies?

Did a system update and noticed a package, specifically this one https://packages.artixlinux.org/details/dolphin-emu, was not allowing me to update the system because it was calling for an out of date dependency, it was asking for older versions of some of the library files provided by this package https://packages.artixlinux.org/details/ffmpeg.

Is there a way to provide quick notification of these discrepancies to package maintainers so that issues can be resolved faster if package maintainers are currently unaware of them?

Edit: It dawned on me a day latter that the forums were probably the best place to post these kinds of things. Only made this post because the "Flag package out-of-date" is not usable by non-authorized users. Only left the post open because it contained the issue I was having with the package. Marking as solved now.
