Octopi/Octopi-Notifier - qt6-multimedia is now a dependency not build dependency

Greetings,

Updating Octopi to 17.0.3 broke the update notifier as it was missing libraries from qt6-multimedia. After installing qt6-multimedia everything is working correctly.

Error Msg: /usr/bin/octopi-notifier: error while loading shared libraries: libQt6Multimedia.so.6: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

Looking at the PKGBUILDS for both octopi and octopi-notifier, qt6-multimedia is only listed as a 'make depend'.  Comparing to Arch's PKGBUILD, qt6-multimedia is listed as a 'depend'.

I would have filed a 'bug' but there doesn't seem a way to do that.  I'm posting here in case any others run into this and to bring to the attention of maintainers.

Tested and 'fixed' on two different machines.
