[SOLVED] is omniverse broken?

omniverse.db failed to download
error: failed retrieving file 'omniverse.db' from artix.sakamoto.pl : The requested URL returned error: 404

Last September many of the packages from the omniverse repo were migrated to the galaxy repository, and the same was done in a final move last week.
Apparently there is a demand for some of the packages that were dropped instead of migrated, therefor a subset of these have been reinstated in the omniverse repository.

Does the rule still apply? Will removing omniverse affect affect package updates or are those packages moved to galaxy? Thank you for any verification.
