Dolphin Emulator Wiimote only works with root

Hello guys,
I am using dolphin emulator with the mayflash dolphinbar to connect a wiimote to my machine.
The problem is when i start dolphin it does not detect the wiimote.
But when ii start dolphin with root privileges the wiimote fully works.

Sorry for my bad english btw. im not native english.

Any idea what im doing wrong?

By dolphin emulator, you mean the package dolphin-emu you've installed from arch's repo right?
In any case, please post logs when running dolphin-emu with or without sudo in terminal. I think it might be an udev rules problem
